exercise- went rollerblading for 30 min on my lunchbreak (210 cals burned)

wow, haven’t written in a long long time….i guess i got sick of recording everything for awhile, but i want to do it again just so i can moniter myself more regularly and get inspired again by others working toward this goal :)
so i’m still at the same weight as 2 months ago, so no loss, but no big gain either, so that’s good! i can’t lie, just maintaining has been kinda nice for awhile, but i’m now ready to step it up a lil bit and get started on my healthier lifestyle now rather than wait til january..

L- crackers w/ a cheese stick, then switched to peanut butter (500ish)
D- 1 1/2 old town tortillas (500?)
S- half a slurpee (200)

exercise- walked for a lil bit, but not long…was in IC pain

exercise- not a whole lot, still in laaazy mode
saturday 9/26 124.2 (the only way i figure this weight was possible was due to an enormous amount of sleep + antibiotics i’m on which freaking clear out the system… :/)
so i got this weird craving for oreas w/ pb and proceeded to eat wayyy way too many over the weekend…lol..oh welll, what canya do now
