ok so i’ve been exercising for at least an hour almost everyday, eating healthier (more fruits, veggies, and yogurt), replacing water for my diet cokes, taking a multivitamin and hoodia, but i haven’t lost any weight yet. i can see small changes in my body, but nothing’s shown on the scale yet, maybe cuz i’m on my period?? i don’t know, but i’m sure if i keep doing what i’m doing the weight just HAS to fall off, how could it not??
