I’m gonna write a proposal for it in the next couple of weeks. I’ll propose the show for this June/July. I’ll be so glad when the first one has happened, it’s been a long time coming.

i’m now concious of not twisting when I read on the train/sit at the computer, and I’ve almost completely gotten rid of bad shoulder pain that was plaguing me!!

I’m being more patient with him and accepting him the way he is. It feels like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

...not quite there yet, but I have lots of coping strategies, just need to keep chugging along. Here’s some ways that work for me a lot of the time:
*seeing my body as a clever vehicle and a miracle rather than an ornament
*being thankful for my great health
*taking one moment at a time
*breathing
*doing relaxation techniques to feel more in control
*starting to speak up for myself and work through past pain (I’m thinking that I’m obsessing over my body to avoid the real issues)

I’m so serious about this goal and WILL make it happen. And YOU CAN TOO!! xx
