Allright, this point is in my list for 9 months already and I haven’t tried once to even start trying!
How hard can it be to say no to a chocolatebar or ben&jerry icescream? of course, it is lovely and for a while it makes you feel better. But it’s just working for a few minutes, after eating it, it makes me fees miserable. those few minutes are just nog worth the sad feeling I have afterwards. But if I was doing homework instead of eating chocolate, I’d feel good about myself afterwards! either about doint something for school as for the fact that I didn’t ate out of boredom!
From now on, I’m trying to reach this goal.
For one month, I won’t eat out of boredom!

How I did it: I only tried this for one week, but it really didn't work.You might think: come on girl, try a little harder! but I've found out that I don't out of of boredom, when I just don't think about food that much!but when I'm trying to reach a goal, I'm constantly thinking: don't eat, don't eat... and that just don't work for me, I will eat it anyway! How I did it: Just went to the gym 3 days a week..I hated it! because I haven't got any time left to do my homework.. so after that week I was completly behind on school and very tired because I went to bed too late!When I have vacations, I can do this, but in a school week it's to much.Next week 2 times is more than enough!
