I hate that we have to do everything for a reason. We have a party because we’re a year older, or because it’s a holiday… how about we have a party for absolutely no reason at all? Everybody bring a dish and laugh the night away!

How I did it: Just took 5 minutes to write out the things that made me happy...then I wrote out the things I am having problems achieving. Ok, it seems now that the Pristiq is out of my system, I am starting to be a little more like me. I’m not saying Pristiq is a bad drug, in fact I absolutely loved it! However, with being on two antidepressants at once (though necessary at the time) was a little too much. I started to lose interest in just about everything and really didn’t care about anything at all. I am starting to become a little happier.
