I can’t make it. It’s just impossible when you have so many things to do… I’m too tired to read at night. I’m currently reading in the bus, but it’s hardly enough to read a chapter per day… I’m backing up to “read one book per month” ;)

How I did it: I studied at the Official School of Languages so that my learning was both useful for me and provable to others.Apart from that, I did several little things that help me to improve my overall proficiency: Every night I fall sleep listening to some english podcast (I recommend ESLPod). When I commute to work, I listen to some great lessons from Richard Vaughan (mixes spanish and english). I spend quite a lot of time reading english t… Read how I did it…
It’s too complicated to do this “thing”. Every other day I get too late at home for doing some exercise…
Anyway, I’ll try to, at the very least, do my back exercises, which are actually not very demanding… Maybe If I get into that routine, I’ll go on with other kind of exercises (like running, which currently hurts my back like no other).
An important moment in my life was when my brother was born. It was in 1992 and by that time I was living in a small house with my parents, so we had to move to another place where we could fit into. We had to carry a lot of stuff from one place to another. It was very stressful. Shortly thereafter, my mother gave birth to my brother; it was a really joyful moment.
