I have an expensive gym membership at a top gym, i see a personal trainer once a week (who is getting the boot for being a gold digger)
But i only go once a week, i live 10 min away and really should use what i’m paying for.
By next week i want to have gotten rid of the PT, and joined a group fitness class.

I’m halfway there.
A while ago i was in a bad place, drugs bad friends and nightclubs.
I put an end to that by dis-owning all my friends (lets just say i cant go back even if i wanted to :D )
I was quite a loner for a long time, i went back to playing computer games and staying home weekend.
Since then i have done a bar course, where i’ve met loads of awesome people, on the last night we all went out, exchanged numbers and have met up again since.
Gym is another good place to meet healthy outgoing people.
My tip is join a social group, whether it is a pottery class or a sports team. its the fastest way to meet people and thats where you find the best types of people.
