I didn’t get to meet him but I did go see him in concert. It was a very intimate setting, standing room only, and I was very close. We made eye contact and he even smiled at me as the concert came to a close. I felt so happy and fortunate to see him. He’s wonderfully talented.

So far I’ve lost 12.5 pounds. Happy, still tired and it’s hard not to eat what I want sometimes, but I think the longer I do it the more I won’t miss the junk. I hope this surge of energy everyone always talks about will kick in soon, as I am having to get lots of extra sleep. That’s it for now… I’ll post more in a week or two.
Starting my diet and exercise plan today.

I feel really excited about it. I am combining fruit, veggies, whole grains, protein, and low fat dairy. I feel like I will lose weight but I just get anxious. I have gained so much weight and I wonder sometimes if my body will ever be as tight as it used to be. I guess I’ll be lucky just to lose the weight and look better in clothes again. I’ll keep posting my progress and results.
