the thing about this goal is the wonder of where “the road will take you” i think with the right group of friends, comfortable car (squished = not good), decent supply of CDs and/or books on tape, and no time restrictions – this goal could open up a whole new world. i’m excited when I finally do this one. it will probably have to wait until summer though….
only till summer :]

as random as this goal is, it’s one of my favorites. baby steps people, baby steps. lol. anyway, i was wondering if anyone knows how to fold a note into the shape of a star? that would be quite helpful. thanks a lot guys!

so making a duct tape wallet was definately worth doing. As cliche as it may sound, making a wallet by yourself completely out of a common household material such as duct tape gives a random feeling of accomplishment. I definately recommend 2 things. 1) use an exacta knife. i used scissors. i have had a band-aid on my thumb for a few edays now. and 2) don’t freak out if you can’t get the duct tape to line up. after many attempts, i was still way off. just have fun with it :) and don’t become obsessed with duct tape everything? While looking up instructions for the wallet online as a sort of template to follow, I stumbled upon almost a “duct tape cult” if you will. These people are obsessed. They make everything out of duct tape! They even had a contest for who could make the “sassiest” attire for prom out of, you guessed it, duct tape. All I know is that if I ever make an article of actualy clothing out of duct tape, it better be because i’m stranded on a desert island.
