Firstly aways warm up
Next there are many stretches you can do:
Seated box stretch- sitting on the floor with your legs as far open as you can, leaning forward to get your nose to the ground.
seated pike stretch- sit on the floor with your legs together infront of you, lean forward so your upper torso is lying on your legs.
Butterfly stretch- sit on the floor with your legs bent so your feet touch, lean forward and rest your head onto your feet.
Never push yourself further than you can
if you go past the pain, it will prevent further progress, as you will of pulled ligaments.
This worked for me.
This dosn’t really take long to learn.
Although you do need to have quite a flexxy back.
Practice going down into the backbend on a bed or sofa.
When you achieve this, walk your hands off the sofa and onto the floor.
You can also walk down the wall to the floor.
practice daily thats how i got mine.
