I am desperate to quit once and for all, and had been getting myself organised for starting 2008 cigarette-free. While I wouldn’t actually recommend this as a quitting strategy, getting the flu has really helped me!! =P Have been sick in bed for the last 6 days and haven’t had a cigarette (in fact just the thought of the smell of one makes me want to puke)... So, while being in bed all of Christmas hasn’t been very nice, I am really hoping that something lasting and positive will come out if it!!!
Good luck to everyone else with this goal =)
I have this awful habit of needing 2 hour naps in the afternoon. Am in a flexible job which I can take home if I want, and before that I was doing a PhD which is totally unstructured really. I had ME years ago and I think it is something to do with that – though whether it’s an actual need or my natural laziness I don’t know. I REALLY need to stop napping – it is so wasteful of time and I don’t think it really makes me less tired anyway.
