tomorrow. october 22.. ill start a diet… i lost 52 pounds.. just by myself.. i used to weight 180 and now a weight 128.. I take break of two weeks.. now im want to loose more maybe 10 o 15..
the problem is lost a lot of weight.. but i dont see any change

How I did it: i try to believe in me i dont try to think to much i believe in the good compliments. i dont procastination too muchhh.. mmmm Read how I did it…

I cant reach my goal.. my weight now is 128 pounds.. I need to to do something.. but now i want to lose like 10 pounds more.. or maybe 20.. but i think ill look like a skeleton…
