I’ve never been a great runner but when I do it gives me an incredible sense of personal power. If I can make a 5K I’ll know that I’ve truly created the body I always wanted.

I really want to spend the winter months in my grandparents’ native Barbados. The weather, the people, the pase, I really miss it. I haven’t been back in about three years but my daughter really enjoyed herself and I’d love to go back. Plus, my mom and aunt could really use some relief from the arthritis that comes with being in this cold climate all the time.
A few years back I went to Europe to visit one of my best friends in London. I had a great time. It was amazing but I didn’t get to share the experience with my family. I hope that when my daughter turns 16 we will be able to spend up to two months just going to all the historic citis in Europe – London, Dublin, Amsterdam, Paris, Rome, Tuscany, Barcelona, etc. It’s going to be amazing.
