This goal will never be completed. I would lose 100 lbs before i stopped throwing clothes on my bedroom floor.

How I did it: I have lost 10lbs in about 2 weeks by simply working out almost every day, eating healthier AND completing a full body cleanse. Well, have still have two days in the cleanse left but whatever. Im almost done! I feel so much better and i have more energy. I am also taking some acai berry pills too. So i went to Pitt Greensburg for like 1 hour for “the big bang” but i didnt stay for the fireworks because i was really feeling down and nervous. I spent most of the time looking for anyone that i knew. i have some social anxiety issues and i am trying to keep over them without medications. I hate when i am alone with 100 people around and they are all having fun but i feel like im just standing there. I eventually met some one who was really nice but then it was just her and i and i still felt alone.
I really hope that once i start classes tomorrow i will meet more people and maybe even make friends or something.
Does anyone have any advise about being more social or advice on making friends?
today has been good so far. I woke up and ate a homemade italian meal and after i ran/walked a mile. It really didnt take to long to complete. Plus i am going swimming too and i know that burns alot of calories. BUT i have a BBQ at pitt greensburg tonight so i dont know how the rest of the night will go. And i start classes tomorrow (UGH). I really do hate school at 8:30am. If it started at like 2pm then it would be okay. lol
