How I did it: At the time I placed the goal "to be happy" on my list I was at a very hard time in my life. I was investing all of my happiness into the future and I wasn't happy in my present time. The key to being truly happy is living in the moment and taking the time to realize that you can be happy now as well as the rest of your life. How I did it: I went on a weekend trip with two of my closest friends for a birthday get away and we were given the opprotunity to see this great show. The show was one of the smaller versions and not anything huge but it was deffinately worth seeing. The acts gave all different kinds of feelings, some were creepy and others were happy. My friend was nearly moved to tears near the ending. It was a fantastic show! Read how I did it…

I just have such a great desire to do this. I don’t know that I would like to do it with a great friend though, maybe a stranger. I don’t know but this will be done in the summer of 09 deffinately. This seems like something I would sincerely enjoy.
Due to my high anxiety and panic disorder sleep has been a battle for me. I think the lack of planning and time to sleep has a lot to do with my uneasiness throughout my day and night. I should really start this soon!
