day 4

Well I had lentil soup yesterday. And some little crunchy breadsticks. Ok also I had a low-fat coffee cake at Starbucks. Damn you Starbucks, I don’t normally even go there but I was trying to kill time and I got a mint tea and I was weak…so I think, I guess I’ll have to add on another day or two.
Yesterday I didn’t have time for the gym and I was feeling weird after the salt crap, although I only drank 3/4ths of it and it did nothing for me, but I didn’t want to drink anything and I didn’t really drink the lemonade grossness…I’m sorry but it’s disgusting,my friend who just finished this fast says its yummy but I think shes nuts. But anyways, I guess I really dehydrated myself so thats probably why I broke down. At least I worked all night at my bar and didn’t eat or drink a thing…and people kept trying to buy me shots! I was so good! And I was busy so maybe I burned off the calories from my digression.
Unfortunately I don’t really have the time today to do the swf…tomorrow. Feeling ok for now…about to go run some errands and back to work again, so that will keep me busy.



lose weight
I want to eat candy corn soooo badly!!!

I really want/need to lose weight. I bought a scale, not sure if its right…my roommate weighed himself and said it was off but it says I’m 165!!! Geez! I’m almost 5’9.
I’m on day 3 of the master cleanse…don’t know how I’m going to make it another 7 days! I’ve been exercising a little and I work tonight and tomorrow (in a club) so I’ll be super busy and I hope that helps w/ the weight loss and the cravings.
After the master cleanse I plan on going back and doing bikram yoga …hopefully 5 times a week and then swimming and running to suppliment and maybe some weights to tone.
Hope I stick to this plan and leave the candy corns and cupcakes alone!

I’m trying the SWB and I can’t finish it all…I drank about 1/2… is that enough? Also I don’t have the time to be in the bathroom for hours AND my toilet is messed up and I need to get the landord to fix it so in the meantime I have to use my roommates bathroom!!!
