And I’m fine. My initial goal was to get up at 7h15am, and now I’m out of bed at 6h15am \o/
Of course, in order to accomplish this I had to sleep much earlier too, around 11pm…a year ago used to kiss my dog good night only at 1h30am.
I think it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done. I wake up fully rested, manage to have breakfast and go to the gym, all before 9h30am! Beasides, it’s easier to get out of bed if you think that you’re doing this to have some fun, instead of going straight to work.
