Day 2 of my weight loss program.
my weight this morning was 163 lbs.
AMAZING! I am two pounds less than yesterday.
I am heading off to the gym now (7pm PST).

30 mins on the treadmill for a uphill walk – speed at 3.5, incline at 7.5. }}

07/20/09:
Today is Day 2 of my “less carbs is better” diet.

- one bananna
- one yellow peach
- Two packets of Quakers Raisin, Dates & Walnuts Oatmeal
noonish

- haven’t eaten dinner yet. will update later.
snacks
- sunflower seeds with raisins
- yogurt covered raisins
- carob clustered peanuts
I am so proud of that I was able to avoid the temptation of getting a blueberry bagel with blueberry cream cheese from Noah’s Bagels this morning!

07/20/09:
Today is DAY 2 of my goal to “drink more water”.
so far today (by 6pm) i have drank: 46 oz.
- my short-term goal is 64oz/day – that’s half a gallon
only 22 oz more to go for today
i also took my morning vitamins :)
