i have access to a great camera and havent really used it since moving to a very beautiful cali



gain muscle weight
add a little lean muscle to my skinny frame 20 months ago

after weighting close to 200lbs i now weight 160 and am in great shape other then my strength which i would like to get back by lifting some weights
