My plan to to sell my townhouse and use some of the money I will make to pay out y 2 credit cards and loan. Then roll the rest into the deposit for a new house.
I’m not exactly sure where to start. I think I should get the house valued and then put it on the market, whilst keeping myself abreast of new property house prices etc.

I have lots of information, books, CD’s, a quiet space, meditation pillow etc. I am going to start tomorrow morning. I have read that 10 minutes in the morning can make all the difference in your day and your general feeling of calmness and centeredness. I have chosen to read a small passage before I begin, settle on a mantra and use breathing techniques each time.
Current weight: 75kg
Goal weight: 67kg
I lost 10kg about 6 months ago. It didn’t take long as I was dedicated and really wanted it. Then I gradually lost motivation and 3kg have crept back on. I feel that I am ready again to commit myself to it. The main difficulties for me are:
1. Night snacking – solution: Have a salad with dinner to fill myself up for longer, and allow myself a piece of my favourite chocolate each nite.
2. Drinking – solution: quit drinking for one month, something I need to do anyway in order to complete my other goal (quit social smoking!)
3. Losing motivation on weekends – Solution: Allow myself 1 take away meal per weekend only. Not being hungover should help me with this.
4. Laziness (no wanting to go to the gym) – Solution: take my gym clothes with me to work and stop on my way home. 40 minute work out, drive home, 20 minutes to walk dogs then done! 4 x week.
So here it is. I hope I can do it.
