On my 30th birthday I went to Anchorage and can now cross it off my list of top 5 places to go. We took a plane ride over the glaciers, drove around and saw lots of mountains, and relaxed. It was great, and warmer than normal!

But it’s only 2.5 people. We probably have work for 4 people, but either I am afraid to hire more, or I don’t want to share my money.
I have a business partner who is equally smart and talented, but I think he’s even more afraid of spending the money on another employee. Already I have seen the benefits of hiring someone and I feel like I should believe more in the benefits of investing in good employees.
I am really sarcastic and sometimes I enjoy just ragging on the way people live their lives all the time, and not visualizing the goodness. I do tend to dream when it comes to my own life, which is positive, but when something dumb happens or someone does something dumb, I can get really negative.
