It’s great to eat less sugar. Several years ago I did it for 2 years, and it was amazing how my taste buds came to life. Simple vegetables came to life and the flavors became delightfully intense.
There’s a lot of sugar, though, hiding in packaged foods. Sometimes it’s called by different names (sucrose, fructose + glucose, etc.) and in different forms (cane juice). There’s a lot more corn syrup in prepared foods these days.
It’s gotten easier, though, over time, because sugared foods become so intense that they’re just not tasty.

It’s not just that you get more flexibility and strength so your posture improves, it’s that with yoga you simply get more aware of your whole body. That straightens everyone out!
