As I work from home I sometimes do not leave the house for a week and this is not good, I love my work but I do find I am existing and not living.
I want to live instead of existing.
We need to keep updated but 90% Bad News

I know we should all keep updated via the news on what’s happening in the world, but 90% of what is on the news is bad news and it does not make you feel good.
I want to stop watching the news for one month and see if it makes me feel better.
