Although, it's not really important 9 months ago

I think getting up early morning is overrated. This doesn’t mean one is not responsible, it’s just a matter of habits. Also, if your daily activities (job, hobbies, etc) don’t require you getting up early, then there’s no harm. Plus, there’s a delicious feeling about staying up late night, and be creative and feel so alive while the world sleeps (the consequence about going to sleep around 3am is not getting up early!!)
I won’t obsess over getting up earlier. I set it as a goal because, sometimes, in a perfect world, I would like to have a nice 20 in walk and see the sunrise at least once a week :D
So, yes, I’ll try it but it’s not a priority. And if YOU don’t have too get up early and feel good about it, then do not do it. (unless you own or work at a farm!)



Visit my family more often
Acting on this now... 9 months ago

I booked a flight to visit my family next week.
In the end, is a matter of “will” and “timing” (and any time is good to visit those who love you)

I started watching my eating and exercising on Dec 26 2008 and, so far, results are visible.
Half the way away from my goal, I know this is a “lifestyle” not just a goal.

- Damn! but well, I feel better :)
