I am going to see a therapist. I’m tired of thinking negatively and not accomplishing my goals. It sucks. I recognize I have a problem. This is my thing to do.

6.61 pounds to be exact. It does not feel good. Not good at all. I feel sad and almost as if I was letting myself down. I got a new diet since yesterday, I hope it works.
I’ve got to admit that I have lost motivation. Now that I do not feel as tired, I think that I will have to work out the 2 hours that I did before getting off track. And I will get back on track! Oh yes! So, as of tomorrow, or maybe a few hours (since I just programmed my alarm at 5.40 am and it is now 1.40) I’ll go to the gym and really take advantage of the month I am paying! Yay for me!
