i need help to succeed in my goal. temptation is around me all of the time. i have a new bf, and he is starting to reliase tht i do not eat alot, so is my family. they are constantly forcing me to eat the same fattening calorie filled rubbish that they insist on poisoning ther bodies with! it makes me sick! i do not want to become obese! i NEED to lose weight. i go on holiday in a few months time and i must be skinny or i will look absolutely terrible.!! if any1 wants to help me cud they send me ther email adress and we can support each other. thanks.x

well, ive just started 2 take this seriously. i start college in september and i must be slimmer by then! i go to the gym 6 days a week, and do exercise in the house too. i have started to limit my calorie intake to the maximum of 1000 cals a day which i think is far too much but that is incase of an emergency, like if i get depressed. i refuse to eat white bread or chocolate. today i had:
B= cereal bar, 70 cals
L= Small sandwich, 240
D= grapes, 138
then i will do more exercise later. more crunches for me :D i am on such a high since ive started 2 to see results! only 54 pounds 2 go lol!
i had a a re-assessment at the gym 2day! ive been there for a month now and ive lost 6 pounds and 7 inches from all around my body. i am so pleased with myself! this has given me the incentive to go on with my goal. i now have the willpower not to eat :D soo happy 2day, just hope it lasts!!
