I lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks ya ya I know it seems ridiculous but I get alot more activity in I reduced my calorie intake about 500 and I been using Hydroxycut it really works say what you will but the scale does not lie.

Trust me when I started to exercise I could not stay on the treadmill for 1 minute now I do 20 minutes, when you exercise regularly you feel like a million bucks trust me.
