Well, I’ve been working on this goal. While my BMI is at the ‘healthy’ level, I’d like to get it down a bit, as it’s starting to get near to 22. :)
So, I’ve started doing more dance and I think my mom and I are starting yoga next week (yay). Also, I’m learning how to ride a racing bike, so that’s fun.
A week from now, I’ll be packing to go on a dive trip… I usually burn a TON of calories there, so as long as I keep up my diet (it’ll be so hard… the food in Mexico is soooo good…) I should be fine.
As of right now, though, I’ve only lost 2 pounds. ): Not cool, body. Not cool.
