Smoking Habits 2012

Well I am now what you would call a social smoker. Basically when I drink I smoke which nowadays is only once a month but I want to cut it out completely. I sent away for my stop smoking kit and am going to put the tools that I’ve got into use to pack in this bad habit once and for all.

I think I might even go to meetings but I feel quite cheeky going since I have a low craving compared to people who smoke 20 a day.

Weight Watchers 2012

Well got engaged over Christmas and think this will be incentive I need to succeed this time doing WW. I managed to lose 4 stone one the plan but since moving to London in February this year I have put back on 1st 7lbs eeekk! So as always I will jump on the band wagon for the lose weight new years resolution. Wish me luck and I will pop in from time to time to keep you guys updated.
