tasting notes: black truffle, pear lavender 17 months ago

Black truffle: earthy, very unusual—I like it even though I am not usually a huge fan of mushroomy/fungus-type flavors.

Pear lavender: I think this one is the biggest disappointment of all the Modern Spirits I’ve tried so far. It’s just way too subtle; I can barely taste it.
