OK, this is bad.
Bad Total Cholesterol is 311, Dr. recommends less than 200
Very Bad Triglicerides = 891!!!, Dr. recommends less than 150
Good HDL Cholesterol (good cholesterol) is 55, Dr.
recommends greater than 40, so im doing ok.
OK LDL Cholesterol (bad cholesterol) is 124,
Dr.Recommends that it be less than 100
So far this has been easy. Eating mostly Salmon with chicken thrown in everyonce in a while. Am taking omega 3 everyday. Not snacking, having oatmeal almost every morning.
