i know what i need to do, i feel so unhappy with myself because of my body, if i was confident about it i would be a totally different. im telling myself i need to do this to be happy, whats a month or two of going without crap compared to being forever satisfied with my body and being a better person altogether? i take out my own insecurities on other people right now, so when i get on track i might actually let someone in for once.

plan for tomorrow:
1 slice wholewheat toast w/ low fat margarine
fat-free yoghurt w/ fruit
1 orange
Lentil Curry
1/4 medium onion, chopped fine
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp canola oil
1/2 cup lentils
Pinch of cumin seeds
Dash of turmeric
1 small green chili pepper
1/4 cup canned diced tomatoes
Cook lentils as directed on package until tender and drain. In a nonstick frying pan, heat oil and sauté cumin seeds and onion. Add tomato and chili pepper and cook until tomatoes are reduced to a smooth mixture. Remove chili pepper. Add in lentils, garlic and turmeric and cook another 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently. This dish can be served alone, over rice or as a dip or spread (e.g., with pita, crackers, vegetables). If serving as a spread, cook longer, until thickened.
Saucy Pasta with Peppers
1/4 cup raw scallions, sliced
1/4 medium green bell pepper, diced
1 tsp olive oil
1-1/2 oz part skim mozzarella, shredded
1/2 cup cooked whole wheat angel hair pasta (1 oz dry)
1/4 medium red bell pepper, diced
1/3 cup tomato sauce
Directions:
In a skillet, sauté peppers and onions in oil. Add tomato sauce and allow to simmer, stirring occasionally. In a separate pot, bring water to a boil, add pasta and cook to taste. Serve the sauce mixture over the pasta, sprinkle with cheese and cover for one minute (or until cheese melts).
