Need to lose a stone 2 months ago

Okay so right now I weigh 9 stone and my normal weight is 8 stone. I gained this in the past 3-4 months and it’s pissing me off!!! I can’t fit into any of my clothes! :( Here’s my diet:

Breakfast
1/2 grapefruit

Lunch
Healthy sandwich/salad

Dinner
Home-cooked meal..whatever my mom cooks me!

I’m also drinking 2litres of water a day and 3 cups of green tea, to keep my metabolism up. I’ll post here regularly to say how I’m doing!

Good experience 2 months ago

This was worth it for the experience but it’s not for me. Although I love being in the centre of attention, I also am in recovery from an eating disorder and I feel modelling just isn’t right for me at the moment.
