I want to do the master cleanse starting next week for 10 days, but Im afraid what it will do since I have IBS. anyone with IBS can share experiences? It can go both ways of either helping or not.

The best shape of my life was in higschool and I was hardly in shape and overweight. I’m worse off now, but I want to be in the best shape of my life for atleast my 20’s and then maintain.
