motivation is a huge problem in buling up or toning down .. for me it has always been .. there were times where i thought “Thats it no more fussing i have to keep up the crunches or going gym .. but then again there were times where i just coudnt be bothered anymore “
the sooner you realise you have a goal and you want it bad.. go for it.. .let nothing stand in your way.. become fully focused.”
right now i have a four pac.. from sit ups. and a clean diet.. hardly any fat.. plus if you are the type of person who sits around alot then .. you are definitely going to get fat around the belly area.. so get off.. and start working out.
