Learn to live without
This one is so hard 3 days ago

When you have found someone special whom you love – and that person captures a piece of your soul, sometimes when s/he leaves – s/he makes a hole in you.

And when that hole is made – you need.

That you is me.

I need. But I cannot focus on the without. I know this isn’t rocket science – but it’s very hard to practice. I need to live without.

I feel great! 2 months ago

I’ve joined a gym and went running for 30 min. I’m not going to lie and say that 30 min. is everything that I need all in one – but over the course of 3 out of 7 days where I’m active – this is a cool goal.

I feel really good :)
