I actually joined a little while ago, but didn’t update 43things until now. I took the test & qualified around 4 or 5 years ago, but never wanted to pay the fees to actually put it on my résumé until last year, haha. Well, now it’s official. I don’t know if you guys knew this, but they also offer vanity email addresses now, if you join the international Mensa, too. Mine’s davemuscato@member.mensa.org, by the way, if anyone wants to chat!

Here’s what I got:
- Simi 2004 Alexander Valley Cab, $25
- O’Brien “O – Seduction” 2004 Cab, $40
- BV 2002 Private Reserve/Napa Valley Cab, $60
- Brunello di Montalcino 1995, $90
I will hopefully be opening at least a few of them this weekend. I’ll post again then.
I have two tattoos right now, a Brian Froud faerie (from the cover of the 25th Anniversary Encyclopedia of Faeries) and a bass clef on my wrist (I’m a bassist). I actually went to see my tattoo guy once about getting Hello Kitty, but he refused to do it. He said, “Come back in a year, if you still want it, and I’ll do it then. I just don’t want you to blame me when you wake up tomorrow.” haha… I really do love Hello Kitty, though. I have the shower radio, keychain, pen, water bottle, even the Fender Hello Kitty electric guitar… Does anybody have the toaster that toasts Hello Kitty’s face onto the bread? I love those.
:)
