If you’re a female, and you release a CD full of angst-ridden songs, then I will buy it. Or at least, that seems to be the case so far.

Fiona has a unique voice that doesn’t seem physically possible given her diminutive size. And the lyrics are awesome. I’m not normally one to focus much attention on lyrics. I more tend to let the music float over me. But Fiona’s work demands attention.

get a cleaner

Being in time deficit... 8 months ago

...I’ve decided I need a cleaner. I’ve never been fond of cleaning in the first place, but I need to start focussing on what I do well, and ‘outsourcing’ the things I don’t.

So this week I’m going to try and get a cleaner to start coming around… Of course, I’ll feel compelled to clean first. (or at least tidy up a lot)

I am the slackest bugger ever.... 8 months ago

...have not even really started on this goal.

I can’t think of anything I’ve gotten rid of recently (other than lots of rubbish… not really ‘things’ as such).

But I feel the momentum building. I have several boxes full of ‘sell’ and ‘donate’ items. It’s actually making time to do the donation and selling. Although donating is really just leaving a box full of stuff outside the charity shop… not that difficult.

If only I didn’t fill my evenings with useless stuff, like work. Pfffaat!
