I’m 17 and I’ve been pulling for over 8 years! 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 888888888888888….It’s driving me insane! I wish I could stop, I don’t understand. why am I so different? no one understands what it’s like they just tell me to knock it off! Leave your hair alone! They don’t get it they think I’m crazy and maybe I think I’m crazy too.

stop biting my tongue

I don’t know why I do this. Some days I just find myself literally like chewing my tongue. Then I spit all the blood onto my hand and “AHH!” Why do I do this? It’s crazysome! Now my tongue and inside mouth have these scars or something that look really weird. Biting my tongue is like a stress reliever or something for me. The thing I hate is when it hurts really bad the next day.
