I’m definitely trying a lot harder to achieve this goal. I’ve gone to two club meetings since the school year started, and I’m trying to be more outgoing. I got together with some old friends yesterday. I miss having people to hang out with!

How I did it: Realistically, I probably made the transition gradually without even realizing it. When I was younger, I stopped eating red meat. I didn't like the tast of it, and I felt it wasn't that good for me anyway. So, this is what I cut out first. How I did it: I started binge eating when I went to college. I gained 20 pounds in three months and felt very out of control. The problem continued further for another 2 years, and my weight and sense of confidence fluctuated dramatically. I constantly tried to stop myself, but will-power never seemed to help and in fact often made me feel even more guilty and weak after I would binge. I was off it for a few days. Now I think I’m back on the bandwagon. I really need to take initiative I’m realizing. I need to make sure I’m making the most out of my days. They should all be picture-worthy!
My goal is two days a week for now. I’m going today :) Let’s see if I can do it!
