I did this. And I look great. But more importantly, I learned that I need to sleep at least 8 hours a day and eat well and healthily. Also it’s an ongoing process, not just losing 10 lbs at one period in my life.
I bought 3 original paintings from an artist selling her work in front of the metropolitan museum. And I got them beautifully framed. Love them!
I redecorated the office with pictures and the yellow wall paper prints. And most importantly, got hardwood floors. I also changed the position of the desk and got flat screen computer monitors. The office looks so much better. And I got rid of a lot of clutter.
I went to Amsterdam for a week and did an apartment swap. It was fun and the best part was when my 2 friends joined me mid-week. I loved the heiniken beer tour and visiting the Van Gogh mueseum.
I feel very thankful for this trip. It’s something I wanted to do for couple of years. I traveled in Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand and Laos for a month. I learned a lot, about the countries I visited and about myself.
For my 35th birthday pre present I gave myself 10 training sessions at New York Sports Club. My trainer said I was a warrior. I felt strong and realized I can get toned.
okay, i quit mid way through but i am glad i tried it. i still have the clothes and the shoes, so maybe i’ll give it another go later.
i had three summer dresses tailor made while traveling in hoi an, vietnam. i wore two of them already several times and plan on wearing the other one more before the summer is over.
I had it at Monster Ice Cream store in chinatown. I had it twice now. I also tried taro and like it better.
