A great experience!! My favorite was a ‘69. It had no seatbelts, was a targa. Took it out on a cold winter morning and absolutely loved the experience. As if I was piloting some kind of WWII airplane!

One thing that actually brought me to this site is accomplishing a goal that I never thought I could accomplish. Believe it or not, but last December (about 6 months ago) I weighed in at 198 lbs. I am 5 foot 7 inches and am supposed to weigh about 150. That’s just always been the norm for me. After feeling like I needed to drastically change something, I decided to act. I went on the mission of buying the same types of foods I usually get, but I just got nutritionally smarter. Buying lowfat milk, whole grain bread, etc… This coupled with the fact that I had begun to do some small aerobic excersizes and I had shed about 10 lbs in about 3 weeks. I was stunned after I stepped back on the scale. For me to set my mind to something like this and succeed at it really gave me a confidence boost. I was more confident I could do better, so I did. Today, I am at 164 lbs and looking to shed 10 more. I cant wait. I know I set this goal and worked at it . This really helps me believe I can toss the smokes aside as well. By the way, the picture of me here is when I was about 200 lbs. I will be looking to post one of me today at the new weight.
It’s always easy for me to go out and smoke up a storm. Then, at the end of the night I tell myself mentally that this is something that makes me sick to my stomach knowing that my insides are turning brown covered with tar. I knw I want to quit. It’s the next morning that gets me. Oh and after meals, too. Oh well. This morning so far so good. Been trying to occupy my mind by watching 2006 World Cup on Tv.
