How I did it: The last few times I thought of suicide I pictured the finality of it. Never seeing my family again. Never seeing my friends again. Leaving my son behind with no mother. I don't want to be that selfish and I don't want to hurt everyone I love so much. Besides I have a great life and I can't let that go to waste. How I did it: Hmmm, I'm not sure there was a specific rhyme or reason. I suppose it helps to know why I began cutting, which was an inner hatred for myself; the way I looked, how I felt, the direction in which my life was going. I paid off my big one and haveabout $350 left on another on, but I’m filing for bankruptcy b/c I just can handle my debt anymore. I’m over $25,000 in debt with medical bills and need that erased before I get married. I feel like I’m giving up, but I just can’t pay all of that off, especially not when those hospital experiences were the worst time in my life. I just can’t dignify that place or their employees with my money.
I have to lose atleast 30lbs in 3 months! I just had a baby 6 weeks ago and have to lose all of that weight. I’ve already lost 30lbs and want to get about 5lbs lower than before I got pregnant. This sounds terrible, but I’m so jealous of all of my bridesmaids. They’re all a size 0 or 2 and while I love them to pieces, I’m very insecure around them.
I absolutely despise going to the gym so I will need to find exericises to do at home. Any ideas/tips will be very appreciated :)
