I’ve discovered carrot juice…yum. I dislike raw veggies more than cooked. But I have a juicer and found that I can drink my carrots! Just one more way to get the numbers in. Okay, there’s no fiber in juice, but a ton of vitamin C and a lot of other good stuff!

This one’s gonna have to wait till fall…I plan on taking a class at the Idaho State extension in Idaho Falls. Until then, I’m just messing around a lot on my own.

So far so good! Twice a week to start, 3 weeks into it and my arms are killing me! I knew they were my weakness to start, but I am lovin’ it. No way I’m givin’ up! I usually excercise alone, but now going to a gym has been good for me to get out and meet people. But I still enjoy the solitude of running, of course with my friend rock-n-roll!!
