How I did it: thru a lot of hard work i finally started to love myself. i realized when i put effort in, i get love out. self-love. i had wls, lost 100 pounds, bought new clothes, found a hair-style that fit me, started a new job, recently started writing a blog and a book and got two cats. How I did it: Its always easy to call my dad, especially if I need something. Its my mom that I struggle with. Our conversations are strained. But I am thankful for them, and I love them very much. So I will continue to call them every day.I made my calls while I was in the car. My favorite moment is when I called my dad right when he needed a pick-me-up.
