One thing that I want to get back to doing every day (I honestly don’t know why I ever stopped) is writing in my Gratitude Journal. It is such an amazing feeling, realizing again and again just how good my life is. I think my overall attitude is more positive than most people I’ve met, but if I could rid myself of all negativity I’m going to try, and this is a great start.
I’ll do it tonight, and make it a point to add another entry tomorrow, making it part of my morning routine. It’s an excellent start to the day and makes everything that follows just a little more pleasant.

This is the goal I am chosing to put all my focus and energy into until I achieve it. And when I say “achieve” it, I mean I want to go 4 solid weeks getting in a 20 minute workout at least 4 days a week. Whether it’s cardio or weight training, before I can say I’ve done this I have to get in my three week streak. I’ll start slow and week by week increase the length of my workouts until I reach 20. I can do this!

After reading about global warming and the disasterous consequences our careless lifestyles brought on, I felt a deep motivation and obligation to do my part to SAVE THE PLANET. It was easy then and it’s easy still. Sinc then we have replaced all of our lightbulbs with fourescent compact bulbs, and to save on electic even more, I unplug everything after I’m done and before bed except our alarm clocks and a nightlight. I got recycling bins from and now take care to watch what I throw in the garbage.
