Run The Caldera, 23 June 2007

I’m scheduled to run a marathon in the beautiful Valles Caldera this weekend. I’m just doing this for fun, and for the views, not for time, so it’s okay if I need five hours to finish. At least that’s what I’m telling myself; we’ll see what happens Saturday.

Today was the first day that I got an official weigh-in below my target weight. So I’m close, but not there yet.
On days where I run or walk in the morning I weigh myself after I get back from doing that. I really need to weigh myself first thing in the morning.
I’m using Google 15 (based on the weight measure used in The Hacker’s Diet), so I need to get my moving average weight below my target before it really counts.
