Yesterday, I had 2 black coffees, 1 peach, 1 salad with 1 tsp dressing, and 1/8 chicken breast. I drank lots and lots of water.
Weight this morning – 134.5, I seem to be averaging about 1.5 pounds a day, let’s just hope it continues!!!!!

How I did it: I would say the number one factor for me was cutting out soda. I allow myself one on occassion now, but in the beginning, I cut it out completely. Another big change was drinking my coffee black. I tend to get headaches if I don't have any caffeine, but I always used lots of cream in my coffee. Took the cream out, and it helped make a big difference too. I'd like to lose about 5 more pounds, but it's not necc… Read how I did it…

Weigh this morning 137, I’ve lost 8 pounds in 6 days. What a great start! I never thought I could do this! Just cutting out the soda, and eating more fruits and veggies, rather than fat has made a huge difference in my calorie intake. I’m not into counting calories, but I do know the difference between good and bad food. YES, I DO FEEL HUNGRY ALL THE TIME, but when it gets unbearable, I’ll eat a piece of fruit, if I’m real hungry, I’ll eat on a watermelon until I can’t eat anymore. My only issue is that I hope that it continues to go so quickly. Upped my situps per day to 200, from 100. I’ve got to lose this belly, and if I cant get rid of it, it might as well look tone. :)
2 black coffee, 1/4 watermelon, 1 peach, 2 red wine, salad for dinner. 200 situps, 30 leg lifts with my 26# son as my weight. :)
