i don’t think i’m fat. i’m just a bit chubby. i want my jeans to make a cave when i lie down because of my hip bone. i want my arms to not look like little blimps when i press them against my body. i want my chin to not look like my grandmothers when i look down. i want my thighs to not spread out over a suface when i sit down.
the strategy: diet sodas, plenty of veggies, plenty of water (boosts metabolism), sleeping in (so i don’t get up and eat the day away and so that the food lasts longer in my tummy), eating only when i’m hungry. eating a maximum of four meals a day. drink grapefruit juice after every meal. exercise atleast twice a week. walk to and from school. play with my little sisters and brothers (you really break a sweat). do house chores (one hour of them can burn 300 cals). dance.
everyone says that i act like someone different around different people. it’s not because i’m pretending or anything. i just do that. i’m different to some people to avoid fighting or disagreement. it’s who i am. so sorry
