Well today is my first day of trying to lose 20 pounds.
I used to be anorexic when I was 7 until I was 12..
So i’m trying not to take this too harshly,
Just to try & make myself feel better about me.
My boyfriend loves me as I am – but I wanna do it for him too.
CW: 140lbs
MGW: 130lbs
GW: 120lbs
I’m going to start today by reducing my calorie intake to anything between 500 & 1000. I work two jobs so dont really find the time to exercise but will try to do it whenever i can! How quickly will I see results do you all think? x

Well Todays Day 7 .. In The Week I’ve Lost A Total Of 8 Pounds, Probably Mostly Water Weight But I’m Happy! Especially Because I’ve Had My Period For Like 5 of Those Days! Anyways I Really Want To Lose 12pounds By June 16th .. Anybody Got Any Tips On How To Do It? I’m Going To Be Using My Aunts Crosstrainer & Doing Some Skipping Every Day If Possible. Please Help Though Guys!
