How I did it: I trained for 7 months, totally started with zero stamina level. The first week i basically only brisk-walked and increased with 2 minutes slow and easy jog the next week and then increased 2 more minutes each week until i could run 25-28 minutes non-stop. Have one or two rest days each week to allow for recovery. Have enough hours of rest (8hrs at least) and eat as nutriously as possible (lots of water, fruits, vege). Read how I did it…
